Hopefully, I won't want to throw this one. (And I mean that in the nicest sense. I got so involved with the characters that at times, I became rather emotional about the whole situation.)


In other news, I have decided on my costume, and... it is a surprise.

Hey, it was nice meeting you at the conference. I enjoyed reading your manuscript. Good luck with it.

I have UGLIES on my nightstand, where books go to die (buried alive). I actually *bought* it (as opposed to getting it free at a conference or at the library), so it stands a better chance of being read than most, though.

Uglies a pretty good story. My personal favorite is his Midnighters trilogy, but I like the others too.
